Aujar Pvt. Ltd. is building a modern hardware and tools platform for customers in Nepal, which will be known as AujarMart. Our website currently provides information about our business, products, and services, and allows users to contact us through forms.

4. Products, Pricing and Availability

All prices are displayed in Nepali Rupees (NPR) and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product information, pricing, and availability are accurate, but errors may occur. If a pricing or listing error is discovered, we may cancel or correct the affected order before dispatch, and will notify you if this happens.
Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase; it is not accepted until we confirm it.
We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
If only part of your order can be fulfilled, we will ship the available items and cancel and refund the remainder, rather than delay the entire order.

6. Payment

We accept payment via Cash on Delivery, and online payment through our payment gateway partner.
Online payments are processed securely by our payment gateway; Aujar does not access or store your full card details. See our Privacy Policy for details on how payment data is handled.
For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is collected by our courier partner at the time of delivery.

7. Delivery

Delivery is handled according to our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which covers delivery areas, timeframes, and charges. Delivery terms may change as our coverage expands.

8. Returns, Refunds and Warranty

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Manufacturer warranty support is handled according to our Warranty Assistance page. Both are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
